The apartment is beautiful - located in a historic buiding. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. upon arrival we found delicious breakfast items in the fridge and a generous supply of L'or coffe capsules. Private parking was most appreciated in central Le Mans. The central heating was progammed to remian on during the cold snap - so it was lovely and warm upon our arrival. The owner is incredibly thoughtful - everything was provided for - Bravo!
Everything was exempalry - the owner was 100% hospitable - the apartment was beautifully and tastefully decorated and centrally located - only 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral Saint-Julien and the quartier historique.

The property was absolutely wonderful. The house and grounds were beautiful. The apartment was very spacious, clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with the fridge having enough for at least 2 days light breakfast(even with 5 of us it was plenty!)… juice, milk, sparkling water. A large selection of cakes plus teas coffee hot chocolate and coffee pods for the machine. The beds were extremely comfy. Our master bedroom had a lovely little window above the bed which offered stunning views of the garden as well as the town and the cathedral spire could even be seen. It’s less the a 5 minute walk right into the town. Which offers lots of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the cathedral which has a fantastic light show when the sunsets and it’s free. Our host Jean-William was very accommodating. Making sure our apartment was ready even though we arrived earlier than anticipated and offering us a late check out at no extra cost. He also gave us lots of tips of things to do and see in Le Mans. The children particularly loved the cave under the house and the swing set. We will definitely be coming back.

Our apartment was on the first floor of this historic and charming villa. Decorated in a traditional style it offered a comfortable living space with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very close to the Plantagenet centre of Le Mans for the cathedral and shopping. There is a good Moroccan restaurant within a 3 minute walk or a variety of places to eat within 10 minutes. Our host was genial and chatty and made us feel very welcome. The garden is large and safe, as is the car parking, with space for our to dog to run around.

Beautiful villa, almost like a palais. Wonderful interieur as well. The beds were very comfortable!!! And the garden is beautiful too. Flowers, huge trees, deck chairs under a pergola, places to sit in the sun or in the shade. Even an antique sundial and cherubs/statues. And a cave/chapel. The fridge was stuffed with food. Orange juice and coffee capsules were provided too. Altogether: the most wonderful stay ever!!!!!!

Ines apartment is in a beautiful period building. Nicely renovated and comfortably furnished it has everything you need. Beautiful garden with lots of seating and a bbq. 10 minutes walk to the beautiful old town

This is a very special property in a gorgeous part of Le Mans. As a large family we had three apartments in the building and each was beautifully decorated and contained everything we needed. The building itself was stunning and the surrounding gardens so peaceful. Everything is a short walking distance away and the owner, Jean-William, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a truly special French experience!
