What if your stay became an unforgettable experience?
At La Demeure Jousset des Berries, we’ve imagined a different kind of stay: one night (or more) in an exceptional location, accompanied by a one-hour photo shoot.
The shoot is designed and conducted by Lisa Boliak , a bespoke experience photographer and creator of exclusive events, where every detail is crafted to offer a unique experience.
Price: €290 for one night at the Demeure, including a one-hour on-site photo shoot.
(Additional nights are charged separately according to the Demeure’s current rates.)

STAY & FLORAL WORKSHOP
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation and creativity at La Demeure Jousset des Berries.
For 2 hours, immerse yourself in a botanical universe and create your own floral arrangement, guided by a professional florist.
Depending on the season of your stay, the workshop features fresh flowers or dried flowers, with a curated selection of seasonal French blooms.
Every step is guided: flower preparation, foliage selection, color harmony, arrangement, and professional floral techniques (without floral foam).
If you choose a dried flower creation, you will learn various techniques to take home a durable decorative piece as a lasting souvenir of your stay.

STAY & ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE DISCOVERY
Our guide, Nathalie, will take you through the charming streets of the Cité Plantagenêt to explore the exceptional architectural heritage of this historic district.
The Gallo-Roman walls, the Count’s Palace, the private mansions, and Saint-Julien Cathedral are highlights of this approximately 1.5-hour walk, but many other surprises await along the way. Let yourself be enchanted by the poetry of the streets and the iconic figures of the neighborhood.

STAY & Wine tasting
Wine tasting – An exceptional wine experience in Sarthe
Enjoy an exclusive wine experience in a refined and intimate setting, where Sarthe's art de vivre, heritage and gastronomy come together with elegance.
Comfortably seated, our guests will discover a carefully selected range of wines from the Sarthe appellations – Jasnières and Coteaux du Loir – enhanced by our more famous regional wine such as Chinon and Sancerre, chosen for their finesse and typical characteristics.
The tasting is accompanied by an assortment of carefully selected local specialities: artisanal rillettes, the iconic La Bouine cheese, as well as traditional sweets such as a bourdon (delicately cooked apple wrapped in shortcrust or puff pastry) and the famous butter shortbread biscuits, true icons of French gastronomic heritage. This special interlude is hosted by William or Mary Chegwidden, wine importers from Le and passionate ambassadors of French terroirs in the United States. In a cosy and warm atmosphere, they accompany you throughout the tasting, sharing their expertise, the secrets of each wine and the stories that shape local history.
The experience can be extended, if you wish, with a gourmet meal featuring specialities from the Sarthe region and/or a private tour of the old town of Le Mans, where heritage and tasting combine to offer a unique sensory and cultural immersion. The wines tasted are selected according to the profile and preferences of each guest and can be purchased at the end of the experience, allowing you to prolong the memory well beyond your stay.
